Lucky. I tell everyone I just got lucky, she explained. Usually quiet and reserved, Sarah was a giddy chatterbox on her wedding day. As she talked to the girls at the salon, she described how she had met Daniel nine and a half years ago. I was only sixteen. I was too young to know what I wanted. But she had quickly found out that what she wanted was Daniel. Lucky for her, she didn’t have to suffer broken hearts, or awkward dates. Lucky for her, Daniel was the perfect man for her, even at sixteen. And lucky for him, she married him nearly ten years later.
While Sarah relaxed and got pampered on her wedding day (just like every bride should!), Daniel was running around taking care of last minute details, setting things up, and stressing about the timeline when things got behind. He handled everything so that Sarah could simply enjoy her day. But it wasn’t until after the ceremony that he could completely relax. Once he was officially wed, there was an extreme difference in him, and he could not stop grinning. He brightened, he laughed, he was perfectly happy. Everything in his world was as it should be. He was one lucky man.
Sarah and Daniel had their ceremony and reception at Just for Lunch, the perfect spot for an intimate wedding. Daniel just finished law school, and they managed to squeeze a wedding and honeymoon between graduation and the bar exam!
After getting spoiled at the salon, Sarah got ready at a friend’s, just around the corner from the venue. She and her girls took their time, and enjoyed the process.
Sarah’s dress was absolutely made for her!
Sarah and Daniel chose to see each other before the ceremony, and they had their First Look and portrait photos at Just for Lunch.

Sarah and Daniel had such a lovely ceremony, and I loved the way they whispered to each other during the music.
Afterward, we went straight outside to catch the sunset. Sarah and Daniel were so happy to be married, that these are my favorite photos of the day!

At the end of the day, both Sarah and Daniel knew how lucky they were to be in each other’s arms.
